Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of HypeLark (“we”, “us”), operated by the HypeLark team. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we offer

HypeLark sells social media engagement services (for example views, likes, followers) for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and X. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of these platforms.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password, 2FA device and API key safe, and for everything done with your account.
  • One person may run several accounts only if they don't abuse coupons, referrals or the start guarantee.

3. Balance and payments

  • You add funds with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. The minimum top-up is shown on the Add funds page.
  • Your balance is credited in USD after the payment is confirmed. Balance can only be used for HypeLark services.
  • Balance, refunds and credits can't be withdrawn or paid back to a crypto wallet.

4. Orders

  • You must give a correct, public link. We can't refund orders placed on wrong, private or deleted links once they have started.
  • Delivery speeds and start times shown on the site are averages of our recent orders, not promises for a single order, except for the start guarantee below.
  • Don't place two orders for the same link and service at the same time. Counts can mix and we can't check delivery.

5. Start guarantee, refills and refunds

The guaranteed start of each service is based on its average finish time, minimum 10 minutes. The start guarantee, refills and refunds work as described in our Refill & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Platform rules and your risk

Social platforms may remove engagement or restrict accounts that use growth services. You use our services at your own risk and are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you use. We are not liable for actions a platform takes against your account.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use HypeLark for content that is illegal, for fake reviews or ratings, to harass people, or to mislead others about political or public health topics. We may refuse or cancel such orders and close accounts that break these terms. Remaining balance from such accounts may be withheld where the law allows.

8. API

Resellers may use our API under the rate limits in the API docs. You are responsible for orders placed with your API key.

9. Liability

We provide the services as described and with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top. If you keep using HypeLark after a change, the new terms apply to new orders.
