What we collect and why

• Account data: email, password (stored only as a hash), optional Telegram username, customer number. Needed to run your account (contract).
• Order data: links you submit, quantities, order status and times. Needed to deliver orders (contract).
• Payment data: top-up amounts, status and the payment ID from NOWPayments. We never see your wallet keys. Needed for payments and accounting (contract, legal obligation).
• Security data: IP address, browser and device type for login sessions, rate limits and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
• Support: ticket messages and emails you send us (contract).

Who we share data with

• Service providers that deliver orders receive the link and quantity only, never your email or name.
• NOWPayments processes your crypto payment under its own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider Namecheap, Inc. (USA) stores the data. Emails are sent through our mail server.
• Telegram, if you connect our bot, for order alerts.

We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and platform icons from Simple Icons, which can see your IP address when your browser loads them.

Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: one for your login session and one for form security. Your light/dark choice is stored in your browser.

How long we keep data

Account and order data while your account exists. Payment records as long as tax law requires. Login sessions and security logs up to 30 days after they end.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@hypelark.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
